Vous assurerez la gestion des requêtes clients et des recouvrements des comptes clients.
Responsabilités
Traitement d'appels entrants : réclamations, demande de renseignements ou assistance technique sur l’utilisation des produits et moyens de paiement ... Emission d'appels sortants : sondage satisfaction anciens et nouveaux clients, prospection, télévente Traitement de recouvrement Prise en charge des clients : activation, paiement, résolution problèmes techniques, etc. Support des équipes commerciaux
