] Solar Hut, entreprise spécialisée dans la distribution de solutions solaires, recherche un responsable technique rattaché à la direction.
[MISSIONS]
- Analyser les besoins techniques des clients et dimensionner les solutions solaires
- Superviser l'installation et la mise en service des équipements
- Organiser la maintenance préventive et corrective
- Encadrer, former et évaluer l'équipe de techniciens
- Contrôler la qualité des produits et gérer la relation technique avec les fournisseurs
- Gérer le stock technique et l'outillage
- Rédiger des rapports techniques pour la direction
[PROFIL]
- Licence minimum (Bac+3), idéalement ingénieur (Bac+5) en génie électrique, électrotechnique ou énergies renouvelables
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en installation, dimensionnement et maintenance de systèmes solaires
- Première expérience d'encadrement souhaitée
- Bonne connaissance des panneaux, batteries, régulateurs, onduleurs et normes de sécurité électrique
- Rigueur, leadership, autonomie, disponibilité et mobilité
