Qualifications requises : Diplôme équivalent au Bachelor (Bac+3) ou enseignement supérieur en finance, comptabilité, gestion d’entreprise ou domaine similaire. Autorisation de travail en RDC requise. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des enjeux de liquidité dans un réseau d’agents en forte croissance. Excellente maîtrise des tableurs (Excel, Google Sheets). Solides compétences analytiques. Compétences personnelles : Très fortes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes. Haut niveau d’intégrité démontrée. Débrouillardise et passion pour la concrétisation des résultats. Capacité à voyager fréquemment sur le terrain.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : 5 ans ou plus d’expérience dans la gestion de la liquidité au sein d’opérations liées au Mobile Money ou dans des banques commerciales de détail. Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans la création, la direction et la gestion d’équipes sur le terrain. Instructions
