Qualifications requises : Autorisation de travail en RDC requise. Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, avec idéalement une bonne connaissance d’une langue locale supplémentaire.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : À l’aise avec la technologie, maîtrise d’Excel et capacité à prendre en main rapidement de nouveaux outils. Expérience en gestion d’un réseau d’agents. Compétences personnelles : Passionné par le travail sur le terrain, sens du détail, recherche de l’excellence, communicateur clair et proactif, capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, curieux intellectuellement, créatif dans la résolution de problèmes, ténacité et pratique de la sur-communication efficace. Expérience demandée : Au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente, en particulier dans la gestion d’un réseau d’agents en RDC, dont au moins 1 an d’expérience dans la gestion d’équipes sur le terrain.
