Qualifications requises : Diplôme de troisième cycle (Post Graduate Degree) en Finance et Comptabilité. Certification de Chartered Accountant (CA) requise. Compétences techniques : Connaissance approfondie des cadres COSO et King IV. Maîtrise des systèmes ERP (SAP, Oracle) et des outils d’analyse de données. Compétences avancées en analyse financière, budgétisation et gestion des risques financiers. Connaissance des réglementations financières et fiscales de la région. Compétences personnelles : Leadership et capacité à gérer une équipe (1-3 personnes). Intégrité éthique irréprochable. Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes. Sens analytique et résolution de problèmes. Sensibilité culturelle et adaptabilité.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Minimum 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en contrôle financier interne, audit ou gestion des risques. Expérience prouvée dans la mise en œuvre de contrôles dans une organisation multinationale complexe. Instructions
