Dans le cadre du démarrage et de la montée en puissance d’un nouveau site industriel, un groupe industriel recherche un(e) Responsable Production & Maintenance disposant d’une solide expérience opérationnelle en environnement industriel. Le poste requiert un profil à la fois managérial et très technique , capable de piloter les équipes, d’organiser la production et la maintenance, mais également d’intervenir directement sur le terrain en cas de besoin. Une expérience concrète en plasturgie, notamment en injection et/ou soufflage, est fortement souhaitée.
