Workplace Abidjan, Ivory Coast Expiry date December 24 Position level Confirmed / Experienced Sector of activity Banking, Insurance, Finance Level of study (diploma) Master 1, Bachelor Degree + 4| Master 2, Engineering, Bac + 5 Number of positions 01 Type of contract CDI LA BOA IVORY COTE RECRUTE 01 JURISTE EDITOR SENIOR H/F MISSIONS Within the Directorate of Legal Affairs (DAJ), under the supervision of the Service Manager Guarantees, your main missions will be:

• Ensure the contractualization of competitions and guarantees;
• Ensure the formalization and monitoring of guarantees;
• Ensure the accounting of guarantees in the spill guarantee management tool in IGOR;
• Issue a legal opinion on credit files and guarantees. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Drafting of credit deeds under private signature;
• Drafting and control of acts of guarantees written by third parties;
• Formalization of credit certificates with mortgage guarantee in cooperation with notaries;
• Registration of deeds in the tax department and registration of security rights in the RCCM;
• Monitoring, renewal and release of guarantees;
• Seizure of guarantees received on the guarantee management application;
• Analysis and advice to the bank’s entities.
• Periodic reporting on guarantees
• Incidentally, in support of the Legal Officer in charge of contracts, draft service contracts; leases and follow for the formalization of leases in competition with notaries as well as for the registration of leases at the tax department.

PROFIL

E OF CANDIDATES Level of study: Bac +4/5 in Private Law Required professional experience: at least 05 years on a similar position in the Bank or in the law firm of Notaries, Lawyers (non-internship) Knowledge required: Good knowledge of business law and banking regulations; Good writing and communication skills; Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, POWERPOINT). Know how to be: Organizational ability and method, sense of priorities; Team spirit and synthesis; Sense of listening, dialogue and professional ethics; Qualities of assessment and appreciation; Proactivity; Ability to work under pressure.
