Objet: Recrutement d’un Superintendent – Ressources Humaines pour KIBALI GOLDMINE SA à Durba, Province du Haut-Uélé Type de Contrat:
Qualifications requises : Licence (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Droit, Psychologie Industrielle et Organisationnelle, Administration des Affaires ou tout autre domaine pertinent. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Connaissance des systèmes ERP/SIRH (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors ou équivalent). Excellente connaissance du Code du Travail de la RDC. Bonne maîtrise des meilleures pratiques RH internationales.
Expérience
Compétences personnelles : Sens élevé de la confidentialité et de l’intégrité. Rigueur, impartialité et professionnalisme. Solides compétences en recrutement et acquisition de talents. Expérience en gestion des relations industrielles. Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de reporting. Leadership et gestion d’équipe. Bonne communication écrite et orale. Grande conscience de la santé et de la sécurité. Expérience demandée : Minimum 10 années d’expérience professionnelle en Ressources Humaines, de préférence dans le secteur minier ou industriel.
