Qualifications requises : Licence (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Droit, Psychologie Industrielle et Organisationnelle, Administration des Affaires ou tout autre domaine pertinent. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint et Access. Bonne connaissance des exigences de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE). Excellente connaissance du Code du Travail de la RDC. Compétences personnelles : Capacité à respecter strictement la confidentialité et l’éthique professionnelle. Capacité à travailler avec précision, rigueur et impartialité. Être proactif, ponctuel, expéditif et attentif aux détails. Leadership et gestion d’équipe. Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Minimum 5 années d’expérience professionnelle progressive en Ressources Humaines, de préférence dans le secteur minier ou industriel. Instructions
