Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise de l’informatique et des applications bureautiques, connaissance des processus décisionnels gouvernementaux, maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (oral et écrit).
Compétences personnelles : Solides compétences relationnelles, esprit d’équipe, capacité à prendre des décisions efficaces et opportunes, excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Expérience significative dans le renforcement des compétences en financement de programmes ou domaine connexe, expérience dans le secteur des ONG, compréhension de l’approche fondée sur les droits et la justice en matière de genre. Instructions
