For over twenty years, SFHCS has collaborated with communities to enhance health, dignity, and economic prosperity. Our initiatives cover outpatient and inpatient care, HIV/AIDS management, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), maternal and child health, adolescent and youth programs, economic empowerment and livelihoods, community health initiatives, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, as well as integrated clinical and diagnostic services. The position will encompass a range of professional responsibilities and duties, providing a comprehensive overview of the key tasks and obligations associated with the role. The volunteer specialist will collaborate with leadership, program teams, communities, and external partners to achieve shared objectives. An accomplished professional with a proven track record in Impact Evaluation, MERL/M&E, Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Health Economics, Development Studies, Social Research, or a closely related discipline is sought. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in mixed-method evaluations, quantitative and qualitative analysis, Theory of Change, evaluation frameworks such as OECD-DAC, contribution analysis, outcome measurement, and the preparation of rigorous evaluation reports.
