• Perform on-site surveys and engage with community members to gather insights and input.
• Gather and evaluate social data to conduct impact assessments. Facilitate the development and implementation of programs designed to enhance community awareness while establishing and maintaining effective grievance mechanisms.
• Provide support in the execution of resettlement and compensation initiatives to ensure compliance with established protocols and timelines. Prepare comprehensive social monitoring reports and maintain thorough documentation to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of social metrics. Fieldwork surveys and stakeholder engagement sessions are carried out to gather data and insights from local communities.
