Nexus Green, acteur majeur des énergies renouvelables en Afrique de l'Est, recherche un Analyste en Recherche Sociologique Professionnelle pour renforcer son équipe dédiée à la durabilité et à l'impact social.
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous serez amené à réaliser des enquêtes de terrain et à dialoguer avec les communautés locales afin de recueillir leurs avis et retours d'expérience. Vous collecterez et analyserez des données sociales pour évaluer les impacts de nos projets, contribuerez à la mise en place de programmes de sensibilisation communautaire et veillerez à l'établissement de mécanismes de gestion des plaintes efficaces. Vous appuierez également la mise en œuvre des initiatives de relocalisation et de compensation, en veillant au respect des protocoles et des délais établis. La rédaction de rapports de suivi social détaillés et la tenue d'une documentation rigoureuse feront partie de vos responsabilités quotidiennes.
Nous recherchons un professionnel titulaire d'une licence délivrée par un établissement accrédité, justifiant d'au moins deux ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine. Une maîtrise des méthodes de recherche qualitatives et quantitatives, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences analytiques, sont indispensables pour interpréter les données et élaborer des cadres théoriques. Vous devrez faire preuve de compétences en communication pour présenter vos résultats, rédiger des rapports et collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires. Une approche proactive de résolution de problèmes et un engagement fort en faveur d'un impact environnemental et social durable sont attendus.
