Successfully launching and managing multiple postgraduate programs, donor-funded fellowships, and tailored corporate initiatives, the team consistently delivers exceptional experiences that reflect ALU’s mission and core values. The Associate Director, Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for ALU School of Business, overseeing the entire ALUs portfolio—encompassing the Executive MBA, postgraduate programs, Executive Education, and specialized initiatives such as the Public Sector Fellowship (PSF). This role ensures flawless program delivery, optimal resource allocation, and superior outcomes across academic modules, intensive weeks, events, and other school initiatives. By collaborating closely with academic, finance, procurement, and cross-functional teams, the Associate Director will spearhead operational planning, resource coordination, continuous improvement, and the enhancement of systems and processes. The position champions scalable, consistent operations while fostering a culture centered on learner success, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence. The role demands leadership in program operations, including overseeing the EMMA and other postgraduate programs to align with guidelines from Product Design and Quality Assurance teams. It involves end-to-end management of postgraduate and special programs—such as the PSF—and corporate initiatives, spanning faculty recruitment, program intensives, online delivery, budget oversight, and reporting. Partnering with academic teams, the Associate Director ensures operational delivery aligns with program design, academic standards, and learner outcomes.
