We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Sales and Recovery Agents. These roles report directly to the Branch Executive. The designated duty locations for Sales Agents are Rubaga and Male, while Recovery Agents will be stationed in Jinja and Minyan. As a Sales Agent, you will be instrumental in revenue generation and cultivating lasting client connections. Your core duties will include promoting and selling our products/services to new and existing customers, uncovering sales prospects, and consistently meeting targets to support our business expansion. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation while ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and industry standards. Your responsibilities will also include educating both the community and potential clients about Eugene’s innovative solutions to drive engagement and conversion. Stay abreast of evolving market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences within your designated territory and refine sales strategies as needed. Collaborate with the Marketing team to lead (or contribute to) comprehensive market research initiatives, including benchmarks and insights that enhance Eugene’s sales effectiveness. Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, customer engagements, and projections utilizing CRM software. Compile and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to branch executives and senior leadership as needed. Collaborate effectively with the branch executive, account managers, and other team members to develop and execute initiatives that enhance demand for Eugene’s offerings. Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to align strategies and ensure seamless implementation of promotional activities and service enhancements. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to craft and implement customized strategies designed to effectively engage prospective clients within the community. Partner with the branch executive to identify and address specific needs that can significantly enhance sales performance. Qualifications and skills required for the role include a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, along with proven experience in project management. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities are necessary, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
