As a Sales Agent, your core responsibility involves promoting and selling our products and services to both prospective and current clients while cultivating lasting relationships. Market Research: Monitor evolving market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences within your designated region to refine sales strategies. Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, customer engagements, and projections through CRM software. Compile and present periodic sales reports and projections to branch executives and senior leadership whenever necessary. Collaborate closely with the branch executive, account managers, and other branch personnel to jointly execute initiatives designed to enhance customer demand for Eugene’s offerings. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to craft and implement targeted strategies designed to engage and resonate with prospective clients within the local community. Engage the branch executive by identifying and addressing specific needs that, when resolved, can significantly enhance sales performance. Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, as is familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity is a plus. Holding qualifications equivalent to RACE or higher, along with prior experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant discipline.
