Portico seeks an experienced Odor Systems Administrator & Developer to assume technical leadership for our ERP system during its enterprise-wide deployment. You will partner closely with the founding team and individual business units to analyze workflows, configure Odor solutions, and establish the infrastructure that will drive our operations for years to come. Please note, prior Odor experience is essential. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda, Portico is a rapidly expanding corporate group with interests spanning real estate development, manufacturing, and hospitality. The group now operates more than 12 companies, covering the full spectrum of real estate and construction supply chains. Through Delta Developers, we have an established reputation for delivering large-scale residential projects with an unwavering commitment to quality, from initial build to final sale. Our manufacturing division produces essential building components such as kitchens, cabinetry, windows, and doors, while our hospitality segment operates under its own restaurant and spa brand. This role is pivotal to our Odor implementation, placing you at the heart of the transition. You will start by collaborating with our external implementation partner during the initial setup and gradually transition to internal ownership of the system. The greatest challenge lies in adapting our manufacturing operations—production scheduling, inventory control, procurement, and multi-entity accounting—to the platform. This requires deep operational insight to re-engineer workflows within Odor, ensuring the system reflects and enhances how the business functions. Key Responsibilities: – Provide technical oversight of the Odor environment across all companies and legal entities – Engage with our implementation partner during deployment, progressively transitioning responsibilities in-house – Engage with each business unit to document current processes, redesign workflows, and configure Odor accordingly – Develop and customize modules where standard features fall short – Perform ongoing system administration, including user permissions, data integrity, software updates, and issue resolution – Deliver training across the group to ensure proper system adoption – Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes to support future scalability Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek a hands-on professional with proven Odor expertise, ideally combining configuration and development skills. A degree in IT, computer science, or a related technical discipline is beneficial, as is experience with Python, PostgreSQL, or prior to ERP deployment.
