Equity BCDC recrute un Chargé de Clientèle (Customer Experience) pour améliorer la satisfaction des clients et promouvoir l'image de marque de la banque à Kinshasa et Matadi.

Qualifications requises : Être titulaire au minimum d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Communication, Administration des Affaires ou dans un autre domaine apparenté.
Compétences techniques : Expérience dans l'évaluation des niveaux de service, la gestion des réclamations clients, l'analyse des enquêtes de satisfaction (CSAT) et la conception de formations. Maîtrise des standards de service client et de la culture institutionnelle bancaire.
Compétences personnelles : Intégrité, dynamisme, excellentes capacités de communication, esprit d'équipe, attitude positive au travail, sens de l'analyse et de la résolution de problèmes.
Expérience demandée : Justifier d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le secteur bancaire. Parler couramment le Français et avoir un niveau professionnel en Anglais.
