Qualifications requises : Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Gestion, Finance, Administration des Affaires ou équivalent. Une certification en gestion de projet ou un MBA constitue un atout.
Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise des outils de pilotage financier et de reporting, connaissance approfondie des principes de gouvernance d'entreprise, maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et des outils de planification, capacité à élaborer des tableaux de bord et des synthèses de performance.
Compétences personnelles : Leadership et compétences managériales avérées, vision stratégique et opérationnelle, excellente capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction, capacité à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement multiculturel, intégrité, éthique professionnelle et confidentialité, force de proposition et de conviction.
Responsabilités :
Expérience demandée : Expérience significative à un poste de direction générale adjointe ou équivalent, avec une responsabilité renforcée dans le pilotage financier. Expérience démontrée dans la supervision de filiales et la coordination de projets transversaux.
