Responsable Marketing et Commercial — Univers Immobilier

Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing et commerciale de la société. Concevoir et animer les campagnes de marketing digital (réseaux sociaux, site web, référencement). Encadrer, animer et évaluer l'équipe des agents commerciaux. Développer le portefeuille clients et prospecter de nouveaux partenaires. Négocier les contrats de vente et de location avec les clients stratégiques. Organiser les actions de communication et événements de promotion des biens.

Bac+5 Marketing / Commerce. Marketing digital (réseaux sociaux, SEO/SEA, community management). Techniques de négociation et de vente. Management et animation d'équipe commerciale.
Formation / Diplômes
Minimum Education Level: Master's Degree.
