SODEICO SAS recrute un Directeur de l'Inspection des Services pour son bureau de Maniema. Cette offre est publiée dans le cadre du projet ENCORE, visant le renforcement de la décentralisation financière en République Démocratique du Congo.
Contexte : SODEICO est un cabinet d'expertise sollicité pour appuyer le COREF et les gouvernements provinciaux dans la mise en œuvre de ce projet.

** Le candidat idéal doit justifier d'un Bac + 5 en Droit (public, pénal ou des affaires), en Économie, en Gestion, en Finances Publiques ou en Audit et Contrôle de Gestion. Une maîtrise parfaite des techniques d'audit interne, d'inspection, d'investigation et d'évaluation des risques est exigée, ainsi qu'une connaissance approfondie du système fiscal congolais et une bonne maîtrise du pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compétences personnelles : Sens élevé de l'éthique, de la rigueur et de la responsabilité, excellentes aptitudes en communication, leadership affirmé et esprit d'équipe.
Expérience demandée : Minimum 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle générale dans la gestion publique, la fiscalité, l'audit ou le droit, dont au moins 5 ans à un poste de responsabilité en audit interne, inspection des services, contrôle de gestion ou dans un corps d'inspection publique (IGF, Cour des Comptes) ou cabinet d'audit de renom.
