Nous recherchons un(e) Head Teacher compétent(e) et discipliné(e) pour prendre l'entière responsabilité de la direction académique et opérationnelle de notre école maternelle et primaire.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Diriger et superviser toutes les activités académiques et administratives
  • Assurer des normes d'enseignement élevées et des performances mesurables des élèves
  • Recruter, former, suivre et évaluer les enseignants et le personnel de soutien
  • Faire respecter les politiques de discipline, de sécurité et de protection de l'enfance
  • Superviser l'emploi du temps, les dossiers, les budgets et les ressources de l'école
  • Établir des relations solides avec les parents, l'APE et les autorités
  • Garantir la conformité totale avec les réglementations du Ministère de l'Éducation

  • NCE / Licence en Éducation (Éducation de la petite enfance est un atout majeur)
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en enseignement + au moins 2 ans en leadership
  • Certification/licence d'enseignement valide

  • Solides compétences en leadership, communication et organisation
  • Haut niveau d'intégrité, de discipline et de responsabilité
  • La maîtrise de l'informatique est un atout supplémentaire
