Responsabilités : Vous serez chargé d'accueillir et d'assister les clients de manière professionnelle et conviviale. Vous répondrez aux demandes des clients par téléphone, par e-mail ou en personne, et résoudrez leurs réclamations rapidement et efficacement. Vous tiendrez à jour les dossiers clients et les bases de données, fournirez des informations sur les produits et services, et remonterez les problèmes complexes au service approprié si nécessaire. Vous assurerez le suivi auprès des clients pour garantir leur satisfaction et effectuerez toute autre tâche liée au service client qui vous sera confiée.
Formation / Diplômes : Un certificat d'études secondaires est exigé ; un diplôme ou certificat en service client, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout supplémentaire.
Expérience : Une expérience préalable dans le service client est préférée. Une expérience en comptabilité est obligatoire.
