This full-time, on-site position for a Chief Operating Officer is based in Kigali. The Chief Operating Officer will lead the company’s day-to-day operations, enhance operational efficiency, and execute growth and profitability strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, directing business planning, and managing operations management. Candidates should possess strong business planning and analytical skills, along with expertise in operations management, finance, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will leverage data to inform decision-making and develop impactful strategies. Excellent leadership and team management abilities are essential. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, as is prior experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
