Promote and execute the Mission and Vision of Water Mission through communication, engagement, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with team members to cultivate a workplace culture devoted to revering God while advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ through both spoken ministry and compassionate action. 1.2 Key Responsibilities Review and enhance the Living Water curriculum and other educational and training resources, ensuring they align with current standards and organizational goals. We strive to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ by fostering spiritual growth in communities, utilizing diverse outreach methods such as Christ-centered film screenings, fellowship gatherings, open-air evangelistic campaigns, and targeted prayer initiatives in hospitals, schools, and other community settings. Responsibilities include disseminating Living Water resources—such as Messengers, Light streams, USB/flash media, SD cards, books, and pamphlets—while also installing gospel media streaming devices in designated projects. We will develop and deliver comprehensive training initiatives focused on Equity & Diversity (E&D) as well as Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) for Water Mission personnel, WASH stakeholders, pastoral teams, and faith leaders representing various denominations within project regions. Our role involves equipping pastors and church leaders with comprehensive training and essential resources to support their ongoing worship practices and sermon development.

  • Facilitate the planning and execution of mission team and ministry partner gatherings in collaboration with strategic partners. Actively engage in the planning and execution of project commissioning ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and graduation events. Mobilize and support local churches in executing Integral Mission initiatives within their respective communities.

The spiritual development of team members serves as a key responsibility within this role, ensuring that all staff members are supported in nurturing their faith and personal growth. This position requires a deep understanding of spiritual disciplines, mentorship, and the ability to guide others in their journey of deeper spiritual connection and alignment with core values.   • Formulate and propose tools and strategies aimed at fostering staff members’ spiritual growth. Compile and submit prayer ripples to the Head Office upon request.
  • Oversee the daily devotions schedule by maintaining a dedicated roster and disseminate uplifting spiritual materials to support staff well-being. Prepare, arrange, and facilitate meetings, spiritual retreats, and devotionals for staff members, fostering opportunities to share the Word of God and strengthen authentic Christian fellowship. Engage in and coordinate structured retreats, prayer sessions, and fasting periods to foster spiritual growth and community reflection. Offer compassionate emotional, physical, and spiritual support, along with counseling and discipleship, to staff members. Collaborate effectively with external preachers, teachers, speakers, and pastors to facilitate seamless coordination during staff meetings and prayer sessions. Support internal discipleship initiatives by cultivating a Christian-centered environment grounded in strong values, thereby fostering holistic development in spiritual, professional, and intellectual dimensions.

Collaborate with the HR Department to support recruitment efforts by assessing spiritual references and conducting interviews focused on spiritual qualifications.
