Objet: Sous la supervision du Directeur Technique, vous développerez, dirigerez et assurerez la mise en œuvre du programme d’expansion des opérations minières souterraines, garantissant exécution sûre et conforme aux objectifs stratégiques. Type de Contrat:
Qualifications requises
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme national supérieur en génie minier ou équivalent.
Expérience
- Expérience reconnue en projets miniers internationaux.
- Minimum 15 ans d’expérience en mines souterraines, dont 10 ans en poste de direction. Compétences techniques
- Maîtrise des méthodes d’exploitation Board and Pillar et Long Hole Stoping.
- Expertise en études de pré-faisabilité et faisabilité.
- Connaissance du développement de mines en roche dure, des rampes d’accès, des projets Greenfield/Brownfield.
- Compétences en gestion de projets miniers à grande échelle. Compétences personnelles
- Leadership exemplaire en HSE.
- Intégrité, transparence, professionnalisme.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement et à travailler en équipe.
