Le Projet d'Appui au Bien-être Alternatif des Enfants et Jeunes impliqués dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement du Cobalt (PABEA-COBALT) recherche un Consultant individuel pour réaliser un audit de performance environnementale et sociale. Cette mission, à pourvoir en freelance, est basée à Kinshasa.

Le consultant doit être titulaire d'un diplôme BAC+5 en Sciences de l'Environnement, Sociologie, Développement Rural, ou Ingénierie liée aux secteurs sociaux/miniers.

Une expérience professionnelle de dix (10) ans dans la gestion des sauvegardes environnementales et sociales (E&S) et l'audit de projets de développement est exigée. Le candidat doit avoir réalisé au moins trois (03) audits de performance E&S pour des projets financés par les Institutions Financières Internationales (BAD, Banque Mondiale). L'expérience d'audit de projets financés par la BAD serait un atout.
Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise de l'outil informatique, expertise en gestion des sauvegardes E&S et audit de projets de développement.
Compétences personnelles :
Capacité d'analyse qualitative et quantitative, rigueur professionnelle et excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
