The Tony Blair Institute seeks an Analyst to provide research, analytical, and operational support to our embedded advisory teams embedded within Rwandan government institutions and the Country Director’s Office. This is a flexible, entry-level position where the Analyst will be assigned to a specific project domain—potentially spanning trade, investment, tourism, public finance, skills development, or other government priorities—based on the evolving needs of the Country Office and project teams. Close collaboration with the lead Advisor or Manager, as well as the Country Director’s Office, will be essential. No prior sector-specific expertise is required; the ideal candidate will possess strong foundational abilities in research, data analysis, and coordination, coupled with a proactive mindset, and will rapidly develop sector-specific knowledge through hands-on experience. This role is tailored for intellectually curious, structured, and results-driven early-career professionals seeking to establish a career in government advisory or public sector delivery.
