We are seeking an Analyst to deliver research, analytical, and operational support to TBI’s embedded advisory teams within Rwanda’s government institutions and the Country Director’s Office. This entry-level, generalist position offers exposure to diverse sectors, including trade, investment, tourism, public finance, skills development, and other national priorities. The Analyst will be assigned to a specific project area based on organizational needs and will work closely with senior advisors, project leads, and government counterparts. No prior sector expertise is required, but candidates should possess strong foundational skills in research, data analysis, and coordination, paired with a proactive mindset and a commitment to rapidly acquiring specialized knowledge. Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, detail-oriented early-career professionals eager to develop expertise in government advisory or public sector delivery.
