[MISSIONS]
- Assurer la gestion administrative des ressources humaines de la structure
- Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement : rédaction des annonces, sourcing, entretiens et intégration des collaborateurs
- Assurer l'administration du personnel : contrats, dossiers salariés, congés, absences et suivi des effectifs
- Assurer la gestion complète de la paie
- Contribuer, si nécessaire, à certaines tâches administratives et de gestion financière en appui
- Mettre en place et suivre les procédures RH internes
- Contribuer à la structuration et à l'organisation du service RH
- Participer au suivi du climat social et à la communication interne
- Assurer le reporting RH auprès de la direction
- Veiller au respect des obligations légales et sociales en matière de droit du travail
