Conakry Terminal / Africa Global Logistics recrute un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Excellence Opérationnelle pour accompagner le déploiement de la démarche Excellence Opérationnelle, piloter des projets d’amélioration continue et contribuer à l’optimisation des performances du terminal.

  • Réaliser des diagnostics terrain, analyser les écarts de performance et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration ;
  • Piloter des projets ExOp en utilisant des méthodologies Lean (A3, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, standardisation) ;
  • Animer des groupes de travail pluridisciplinaires et accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption des bonnes pratiques ;
  • Suivre les plans d’action, mesurer les résultats et assurer la pérennisation des améliorations ;

Formation / Diplômes

  • Participer aux audits, routines de management visuel, actions de sensibilisation et formations terrain ;

Structurer le reporting et contribuer au suivi des indicateurs de performance.

  • Bac+5 en ingénierie, logistique, supply chain, performance industrielle, école de commerce ou domaine équivalent ;

Expérience

  • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en excellence opérationnelle, amélioration continue, logistique ou environnement industriel exigeant ;
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets et conduite du changement ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils Lean Management, analyse de données et reporting ;
  • Maîtrise d’Excel, PowerPoint et idéalement Power BI ;
  • Leadership, esprit d’analyse, capacité à fédérer, rigueur et orientation résultats ;
  • Anglais professionnel (niveau intermédiaire) apprécié.
