What you’ll do Role purpose: The Solutions Architect specializing in Data Center Solutions is tasked with creating and implementing cloud and data center infrastructure solutions that are both scalable and secure while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This position collaborates closely with clients and internal stakeholders to convert business needs into practical technical solutions, spanning cloud and on-premises environments. This role plays a key part in driving presales activities, delivering technical consulting, and designing, implementing, and activating solutions to meet defined SLA deadlines, achieve customer UAT approval, ensure billing readiness, and promote revenue expansion while elevating overall customer satisfaction. Key accountabilities and decision ownership Leads efforts to capture and interpret customer requirements, translating them into design specifications aligned with business objectives. Ensuring a consistently operational environment for customers to deploy their equipment and solutions within our facilities is a primary responsibility. Responsible for overseeing the installation of customer equipment and executing the implementation of customer solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding process and seamless support transition. Responsible for overseeing the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing thorough training to both customer teams and Viacom Sales teams on new features or solutions. Identifies novel, cutting-edge hosting and cloud solutions and collaborates with key stakeholders to define scope, ensuring sustained growth in colocation revenue and enhanced customer satisfaction.
