Une responsabilité clé consiste à élaborer des conceptions architecturales et paysagères, ainsi qu'à produire des dessins et spécifications complexes par le biais du dessin manuel et de logiciels de conception assistée par ordinateur avancés, tels qu'AutoCAD et Arch-CAD. Collaborer avec des experts du secteur de la construction pour évaluer la viabilité de projets de construction potentiels. Naviguer dans les contraintes réglementaires, notamment la législation sur l'urbanisme, les évaluations d'impact environnemental et les limites budgétaires des projets, tout en garantissant une conformité totale et une allocation optimale des ressources. Collaborer efficacement avec une équipe multidisciplinaire comprenant des ingénieurs civils, des métreurs-vérificateurs, des directeurs de construction et des technologues en architecture. Pour rationaliser le processus d'obtention des permis de construire pour les nouveaux projets de construction, le rôle implique de coordonner et de préparer la documentation et les soumissions nécessaires pour assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires. Définir les spécifications précises nécessaires aux initiatives de construction. Évaluer les propositions de projets de construction pour les développements immobiliers au sein de la Corporation. Effectuer des évaluations sur site des bâtiments et des sites de construction proposés, soit dans la juridiction de la Corporation, soit dans des lieux où la Corporation a une obligation contractuelle. Préparer et compiler des rapports architecturaux périodiques qui documentent et analysent les progrès de développement de la Corporation, en assurant une couverture complète des étapes clés, des défis et des réalisations. Contribuer à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de programmes de mise en œuvre et de maintenance pour les projets d'infrastructure, les services publics et autres investissements stratégiques gérés par la Corporation. Contribuer à la compilation de mises à jour et de rapports réguliers concernant les développements de projets en cours et les opérations de maintenance. De plus, vous pouvez être chargé d'autres responsabilités pertinentes désignées par votre superviseur.
Qualifications minimales :
Les candidats doivent posséder un diplôme de licence en architecture, conception de bâtiments, technologie du génie architectural et du bâtiment, architecture paysagère, technologie architecturale, génie architectural, design d'intérieur ou un domaine équivalent d'un établissement accrédité, ainsi qu'une inscription en tant qu'architecte diplômé auprès des Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Boards (AQB). De plus, les candidats doivent avoir au moins trois ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.

To collaborate with construction industry experts to assess the viability of prospective construction initiatives. To navigate regulatory constraints—including town planning legislation, environmental impact assessments, and project budget limitations—while ensuring full compliance and optimal resource allocation. To collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising civil engineers, quantity surveyors, construction managers, and architectural technologists. To streamline the process of obtaining building permits for new construction projects, the role involves coordinating and preparing necessary documentation and submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. To define the precise specifications necessary for construction initiatives. To evaluate construction project proposals for real estate property developments within the Corporation. To conduct on-site evaluations of buildings and proposed construction sites, either within the Corporation’s jurisdiction or at locations where the Corporation holds a contractual obligation. To prepare and compile periodic architectural reports that document and analyze the Corporation’s development progress, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key milestones, challenges, and achievements. To contribute to the development and execution of implementation and maintenance programs for infrastructure projects, utility services, and other strategic investments managed by the Corporation. To contribute to the compilation of regular updates and reports regarding current project developments and maintenance operations. Additionally, you may be tasked with fulfilling other relevant responsibilities as designated by your supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Design, Architectural and Building Engineering Technology, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or an equivalent field from an accredited institution, along with registration as a Graduate Architect with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Boards (AQB).
