The Key Purpose This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing plant machinery and related equipment to ensure maximum operational availability and consistent product quality while minimizing costs, all without compromising established standards. Key Roles and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for operating the plant with strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly. It is essential to recognize and promptly report any unsafe work practices to facilitate necessary corrections and maintain a secure working environment. Carry out duties in strict alignment with provided work instructions and company policies, ensuring compliance with AB-InBev’s established procedures while maintaining cleanliness and organization through the application of 5S principles.

• Maintain accurate documentation of critical process parameters by recording and interpreting data in logbooks and SIC (Standard Instrumentation Control) systems. Participate in maintenance planning meetings by offering insights and delineating necessary tasks. Provide support to colleagues by helping them complete their assigned tasks within scheduled maintenance periods. Engage in maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Where routine maintenance reveals issues, they must be addressed through the application of suitable problem-solving methods. Perform assigned condition monitoring tasks as outlined in the Condition Monitoring schedule provided by the CM. Perform ongoing maintenance and repair tasks on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Where immediate repairs are not feasible, promptly escalate the issue to the Maintenance Planner to facilitate scheduling within the next planned maintenance window. Key Attributes and Competencies:

• Proficient in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instruction for operational teams, thereby enhancing their competency and efficiency. Proven capacity to instruct, guide, and develop operational personnel in ATO methodologies and 5S principles. Proven capability to enhance resource efficiency by implementing sustainable improvements that minimize waste and maximize utilization.

Profil recherché

• Work in Teams and Collaborate Able to function effectively without direct oversight, demonstrating robust self-management skills. Minimum Requirements: A minimum qualification of a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience in Utilities would be advantageous. With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience operating utility plants or serving as an Artisan in a related field, you bring practical expertise to this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, with a solid foundation in basic computer operations. Candidates should possess intermediate skills in creating, editing, and managing spreadsheets and documents using these applications.
