Duties and Responsibilities – Install water pipes and repair leakages. – Repair blocked drainage systems. – Maintain plumbing systems. – Inspect and test plumbing systems. – Install sewerage systems. – Take care of tools and equipment. – Record repair and maintenance reports. – Request spare parts required for repair and maintenance activities from the stores. – Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. About the Institute The Institute of Finance Management (IFM) is a public higher learning institution established under Act No. 3 of 1972. The institution provides training, research, and consultancy services in banking, insurance, social protection, taxation, accountancy, and related disciplines. IFM is accredited by the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) and operates six campuses located in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Dodoma, Simiyu, Geita, and Zanzibar.
