Complexe Scolaire Bilingue TEBAP recrute un(e) Principal Complexe TEBAP est un établissement bilingue implanté à Yaoundé, qui dispense un enseignement de qualité dans les filières francophone et anglophone. L’école met l’accent sur l’excellence scolaire, la discipline, le bilinguisme et l’épanouissement global de chaque élève.
Le/la Principal(e) assure le pilotage pédagogique, administratif et opérationnel de l’enseignement secondaire.
Responsabilités
Encadrer le personnel enseignant et administratif; coordonner les sections francophone et anglophone; veiller au respect de la discipline, des programmes officiels et des procédures internes; organiser les réunions de personnel, les conseils de classe et les activités scolaires; suivre les résultats scolaires des élèves; assurer la communication avec les parents, les autorités éducatives et la Direction.
Titulaire d’une LICENCE (Bac+3) ou d’un diplôme équivalent dans un domaine pertinent; expérience en enseignement secondaire, direction d’établissement, administration ou coordination souhaitée; bonne connaissance des systèmes éducatifs camerounais francophone et anglophone; solides aptitudes en leadership, communication, organisation et résolution de problèmes; maîtrise des outils numériques pédagogiques appréciée; bilinguisme français/anglais fortement souhaité.
