Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO to develop and implement member recruitment strategies.
- Provide an excellent level of service to members, ensuring prompt and well-informed responses to member inquiries, cost efficiency, and effectiveness of the member database system.
- Lead the marketing function and identify, analyze, and implement new business growth opportunities.
- Implement the Club's marketing vision and strategy in line with the strategic plan.
- Conduct competitive intelligence exercises to benchmark the Club's services/products against competitors.
- Implement marketing, advertising, and promotional tasks and ensure effective management of the Club's marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships for the Club's various sections and activities.
- Drive revenue growth extensively.
- Develop and manage the annual events calendar while securing sponsorships.
- Strengthen the Club's brand visibility and market presence through strategic marketing, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
- Generate and implement new product development plans, including redesigning the Club's branded merchandise and souvenirs.
- Promote events: Collaborate with others to create promotional materials for events, such as flyers and posters.
- Send electronic invitations, invoices, reminders, and follow up on event-related payments.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the member database system.
- Ensure effective communication of weekly/monthly events to members.
- Manage social media: Create and maintain social media accounts and post engaging content.
- Ensure the quality and content of the quarterly magazine are optimal.Additional Responsibilities: Any other tasks that may be reasonably expected and commensurate with the level of the position.
