VOTRE MISSION :
Responsabilités
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Programme, vous êtes responsable du pilotage, du développement et de la mise en œuvre des projets dans votre zone d’intervention (Kinshasa, RDC), notamment les programmes de développement financés par la DGD dans les domaines du développement de la petite enfance, de la réadaptation et du renforcement des systèmes de santé.
EXIGENCES :
Expérience
- 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle en gestion de projet minimum sur un poste similaire chez HI ou dans une autre ONGI (Coordinateur Terrain) ; Expert en diagnostic, stratégie d’intervention et planification, suivi et coordination de projet ; Une expérience dans les domaines de la santé, de la réadaptation, de l’inclusion ou du renforcement des systèmes de santé constitue un atout ; Expériences managériales avérées et de bonnes capacités de représentation ; Capacité à travailler en équipe, pluridisciplinaire.
