Responsabilités génériques :
Respecter les politiques, outils, manuels et directives de NRC. Aider à la mise en œuvre du portefeuille de la fonction de soutien conformément au plan d'action. Préparer et développer des rapports d'avancement selon les exigences de la direction. Assurer un classement approprié des documents. Promouvoir et partager des idées pour l'amélioration de la fonction de soutien.
Responsabilités spécifiques :
Enregistrer tous les mouvements de trésorerie et effectuer des comptages de caisse périodiques. Aider aux rapprochements des comptes bancaires et des caisses. Assurer le recouvrement en temps opportun de toutes les avances, y compris les avances de voyage et de mi-mois, et fournir une mise à jour mensuelle de toute avance impayée au responsable financier. Préparer et organiser les retraits et virements bancaires et les présenter pour vérification. Vérifier toutes les factures, bons et reçus ainsi que les pièces justificatives et les saisir dans le système quotidiennement. Traiter et effectuer les paiements conformément au budget approuvé. Maintenir un système de classement approprié pour tous les documents financiers, d'audit et comptables. Préparer les échantillons de documents d'audit et les vérifier. Faire des copies et numériser tous les bons et les pièces justificatives. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements d'audit et de conformité pour vérifier les fichiers pendant l'exercice d'audit et récupérer les fichiers du stockage. Travailler avec l'équipe d'audit pendant l'exercice et fournir le soutien nécessaire requis. Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par le responsable hiérarchique.
Compétences professionnelles génériques :
Compétences en administration de bureau. Compétences interpersonnelles. Compétences informatiques avec exposition aux systèmes comptables. Bonnes compétences en communication. Précision et souci du détail.
Contexte / Compétences, connaissances et expérience spécifiques :
Diplôme en Finance/Comptabilité ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.

Generic responsibilities Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines Assist with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to plan of action Prepare and develop status reports as required by management Ensure proper filing of documents Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function Specific responsibilities Record all cash movements and undertake periodic cash counts Assist in bank accounts and cashboxes reconciliations Ensure timely recovery of all advances including travel and mid-month advances and provide monthly update of any outstanding advances to the finance officer Prepare and arrange for bank withdrawals and transfers and present for verification Verify all invoices, vouchers and receipts and supporting documents and enter in the system as appropriate on daily basis. Process and make payments as provided in the approved budget. Maintain proper filling system for all financial, audit and accounting documents Prepare the audit sample documents and verify it. Making copies and scanning of all vouchers and the support documents. Work closely with Audit and compliance departments to verify the files during the Audit exercise and retrieve the files from the storage. Work with the audit team during the exercise and provide the necessary support required. Performing any other duty assigned by the line manager Generic professional competencies:
