Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou Master (Bac+5) en Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, ou domaine technique connexe
- Certifications en audit HSE ou systèmes de management (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) fortement appréciées
- Excellente connaissance de la réglementation HSE en République Démocratique du Congo Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des standards internationaux HSSSEQ du secteur pétrolier et énergétique
- Expertise en gestion des risques industriels et environnementaux
- Capacité à piloter des systèmes de management HSE complexes
- Maîtrise des outils de reporting et d’analyse des performances HSE Compétences personnelles :
- Leadership avéré et capacité à fédérer les équipes autour d’une culture sécurité
- Rigueur, intégrité et sens élevé de l’éthique
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
- Capacité à prendre des décisions stratégiques dans un environnement complexe
Expérience
- Justifier d’une expérience significative (minimum 10 à 15 ans) dans le domaine HSSSEQ, dont plusieurs années à un poste de direction ou de management supérieur, idéalement dans le secteur pétrolier, minier ou industriel. Instructions
