Job Description: The Head of Marketing will drive customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies. The role focuses on increasing product adoption, improving conversion rates, and supporting overall business profitability within the fintech and SME space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
Lead customer acquisition across digital, partnerships, and referral channels
Manage brand positioning, campaigns, and PR initiatives
Oversee digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, website performance, CRM, email marketing)
Drive product marketing and go-to-market strategies
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
Lead and manage the marketing team and external partners

Requirements:

Experience in SaaS or fintech marketing (SME focus preferred)
Strong digital marketing and performance analytics skills
Proven track record in customer acquisition and conversion optimization
Analytical, data-driven mindset
