Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives Lead market segmentation (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, OTA, Groups) Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies Drive brand positioning and visibility in local and international markets Revenue Generation & Sales Management Achieve room, banquet, and ancillary revenue targets Oversee corporate sales, travel trade, and conference sales pipelines Establish key account management strategies and partnerships Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business growth Marketing & Brand Management Develop integrated marketing campaigns (digital, PR, social media, offline) Manage hotel website, online reputation, and OTA platforms Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels Lead promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal offers Digital & Distribution Strategy Optimize online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct booking platforms) Monitor website conversion rates and digital performance Collaborate with Revenue Management for pricing optimization Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Drive customer loyalty programs and repeat business Monitor guest feedback and market perception Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews Foster a results-driven and high-performance culture Budgeting & Financial Management Prepare and manage departmental budgets Monitor ROI on marketing campaigns Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources Key Competencies Strategic thinking and commercial acumen Leadership and team management Market intelligence and data analysis Negotiation and relationship management Digital marketing expertise Communication and presentation skills Reporting & Accountability Daily: Sales activity and pipeline tracking Weekly: Strategy review and team performance meetings Monthly: Revenue, marketing ROI, and KPI performance report Quarterly: Strategic business review and market analysis Expected Impact Increased revenue, profitability, and market share Strong brand positioning and digital presence Enhanced customer acquisition and retention High-performing, results-driven sales and marketing team Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree will be an added advantage Location : Accra Salary : Attractive Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
