Yeshi Group recrute un Directeur Administratif et Financier (H/F) pour son site de Dakar.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous aurez pour
Pilotage stratégique de la fonction financière : définir et mettre en œuvre la politique financière de l'entreprise, assurer la gestion de la trésorerie, des investissements et des financements.
Accompagnement de la croissance des activités : participer à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget, analyser les performances et proposer des axes de développement.
Sécurisation des processus de gestion : garantir la conformité réglementaire, fiabiliser les procédures comptables et administratives, et superviser les contrôles internes.
Optimisation de la performance globale : identifier les leviers d'amélioration, réduire les coûts et maximiser la rentabilité.
expérience significative en direction administrative et financière, solides compétences en gestion budgétaire et comptable, leadership et capacité à piloter des projets transverses.
