Yango recrute un(e) Support Specialist (H/F) à Abidjan

Yango Group recherche un(e) Offline Support Specialist pour assurer le support client par téléphone et en présentiel à Abidjan. Dans ce rôle, vous accompagnerez les utilisateurs et les conducteurs, traiterez leurs demandes et incidents, et contribuerez à améliorer l'expérience client globale.

Vos missions :

  • Fournir un support client via des appels entrants et sortants, ainsi qu'une assistance en personne
  • Aider les utilisateurs et les conducteurs pour leurs demandes, incidents et support sur site
  • Partager les demandes de fonctionnalités et les solutions efficaces avec les membres de l'équipe
  • Recueillir les retours clients et les transmettre aux équipes produit, commerciales et marketing

  • Disponibilité pour travailler à Abidjan
  • Passion pour l'aide et la communication avec les personnes
  • Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et gestion de conflits
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français
  • Capacité à interagir avec les clients en personne avec assurance
  • Études terminées ou non inscrit(e) actuellement
  • Posséder un ordinateur portable et une connexion internet stable pour le travail à distance si nécessaire
