Stagiaire expérience client
Nous recherchons un stagiaire pour renforcer notre équipe expérience client. Vous serez amené à contribuer à l'amélioration de la satisfaction client et à participer à divers projets liés à la relation client.

Assister l'équipe dans le traitement des demandes clients, contribuer à l'analyse des retours clients et participer à l'élaboration de plans d'action pour améliorer l'expérience client. Vous pourrez également être impliqué dans la mise à jour des processus et outils liés à la relation client.

Étudiant en Bac+2/3 minimum, idéalement en commerce, marketing ou gestion. Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et doté d'un bon relationnel. Une première expérience en service client est un atout.
