Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer, residential proximity around Ngousso neighborhood. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to discover new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships with clients. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with the internal team to develop tailored solutions, and achieving key revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships Proven sales and negotiation skills Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets Relevant experience in business development or sales roles Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools Knowledge of local business markets and industries is advantageous.
Education
Bacherlor's degree(prefered masters degree) in business development or equivalent.
