Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Douala V. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer interactions, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for clients, and contributing to sales strategy development to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service for building and maintaining client relationships Experience in Sales, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals Skills in Training and educating clients or team members about products or services Understanding of Sales Management to develop strategies and monitor performance Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines Previous experience in a sales-related role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage Fluency in French
