Un chargé qualité est un professionnel chargé de la gestion de la qualité des produits ou services d’une entreprise. Il est chargé de la mise en place et de la maintenance d’un système de gestion de la qualité pour garantir que les produits ou services répondent aux normes et exigences de qualité. Il doit également veiller à l’amélioration continue de la qualité des produits ou services de l’entreprise en collaborant avec les différents départements et en analysant les données de qualité pour identifier les tendances et les problèmes. Le chargé qualité doit posséder des compétences techniques en matière de qualité ainsi que des compétences en gestion de projet et en communication pour assurer une bonne coordination entre les différents départements de l’entreprise. Tâches prioritaires

• Concevoir et mettre en place le système Qualité de l’entreprise, en évaluer l’efficacité et le faire évoluer,

• Concevoir et gérer les référentiels de l’entreprise (processus, procédures…),

• Identifier et analyser les points de non-Qualité (défauts, non-respect des délais, mauvaise organisation…) et proposer des actions correctives et préventives,

• Rédiger le manuel Qualité interne,

• Animer des groupes de résolution de problèmes,

• Elaborer les actions de sensibilisation du personnel,

• Réaliser des diagnostics et audits qualité interne,

• Mener des enquêtes de mesure de la satisfaction de la clientèle. Compétences et

• Expérience professionnelle de trois (03) ans minimum requis ;

• Maitrise de l’anglais est un plus ;

• Connaissance des concepts, outils et méthodes du management de la qualité ;

• Maîtrise des normes ISO ;

• Rigueur, organisation et esprit analytique ;

• Aptitude à communiquer (à l’oral et à l’écrit) et à convaincre ;

• Pédagogie, diplomatie et bonnes capacités d’écoute ;

• Capacité d’adaptation ;
