** Le/la Country Finance & HR Manager assure la gestion quotidienne du bureau de projet de CIVIC au Bénin/Togo, couvrant les domaines financiers, des ressources humaines et des avantages sociaux, de la gestion des risques, de la tenue des registres et de la contractualisation. Ce poste requiert autonomie, solides compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles, et capacité à anticiper les besoins et répondre aux demandes du personnel sur un large éventail de sujets.
