Description de l'offre Le Gouvernement de la République du SENEGAL a obtenu un crédit d’un montant de 205 millions de dollars US (N°73790) de la Banque mondiale et de l’AFD pour financer le Projet ESPOIR JEUNES. L’unité de gestion du projet qui est l’entité d’exécution envisage d’utiliser une partie des fonds pour effectuer les recrutements annoncés ci-après. Le projet ESPOIR JEUNES compte conduire le recrutement de six (06) points focaux pour les ISEP de Kolda, Kédougou, Tamba, Kaffrine, Louga et Sédhiou. Missions

• Servir d’interface entre le projet ESPOIR-Jeunes du MESRI et le milieu local (suivre l’avancement des travaux de construction de l’ISEP, suivre la gestion des questions environnementales et sociales au niveau du site, être le Point focal de l’UGP au niveau local, etc…)
• Être en étroite relation avec les parties prenantes locales (y compris le secteur privé), les autorités déconcentrées et les communautés locales pour régler en amont du démarrage effectif de la formation de l’ISEP, trois (03) questions fondamentales qui se présentent comme défis d’une part pour les futurs apprenants et personnel de l’ISEP, et d’autre part comme des créneaux porteurs et générateurs de revenus pour les populations locales.
• • L’hébergement eu égard de l’éloignement du site de l’ISEP par rapport aux habitations ;
• Le transport entre le site de l’ISEP et les quartiers résidentiels ;
